TV property expert Linda Barker joins Hunters estate agency team in York

TV PRESENTER and property and design expert Linda Barker has joined York-based estate agents Hunters, to advise home owners on how best to present their homes for sale.

The star of Changing Rooms, who lives in Howden, East Yorkshire, is featuring in Hunters’ radio and press adverts, and has written an exclusive guide for Hunters customers to download.

The “Inspire Your Buyers Guide” is available at huntersnet.co.uk. It features advice for home owners on how to repair and improve their property before it comes onto the market. It also gives low cost designer tips on home decor and design.

Lindasaid: “There are two important things any home owner needs to sell a property: the right price and the correct presentation.

“A good estate agent will look after the first, but it’s down to you to make sure the second point gets looked after. That’s where my guide comes in.”

One of Linda’s next projects for Hunters will be a series of videos to feature on the website from April.
