HUNTERS Property Group, the award-winning York-based independent estate agency, has appointed its first personal agent in the Middlesbrough area. Sean O’Gara, an experienced estate agent who has worked for a number of local agencies, has bought the franchise for Linthorpe.
Hunters Personal is a radically-different new estate agency concept, which involves franchising self-employed agents to sell and let properties in their own communities. Sean, who has been involved in the property business for nearly ten years, will work closely with Hunters’ new Middlesbrough town centre office, which opened in June.
Kevin Hollinrake, managing director of Hunters Property Group, said: “We are confident that Hunters Personal will be very popular in Middlesbrough.
“Personal agents like Sean know their communities intimately. As a result, they can offer a much more personal, one-to-one service.”
