Marketing agency, Extreme Creations, on nationals awards shortlist

ONLINE marketing agency Extreme Creations of Harrogate has been shortlisted for a prestigious national award that recognises the UK’s digital industries – the company’s third award nomination this year.

The Wensleydale Creamery website (wensleydale.co.uk), which Extreme launched late last year, is a finalist in the “FMCG Website or Campaign” category of DADI Awards 2010. Other entries shortlisted for the award include campaigns for Ronseal, Tennent’s and Lucozade Energy.

Extreme Creations, a ten-strong digital marketing agency formed in 2002, has worked with a range of local, national and international clients including BIC, North Yorkshire County Council, Global Knives, Neoss, Black Sheep Brewery and Bradford University.

Antony Prince, its managing director, said: “We are very proud to be shortlisted for such a prestigious award.

“This is our third award shortlisting this year and underlines our commitment to producing websites and online marketing campaigns that more than meet our clients’ expectations, and in turn engage their customers and deliver measurable results.

“The award recognises the huge impact Wensleydale’s new website has had on online sales for the company.”

A tough judging panel for this year's awards included the global digital brand manager for Bacardi Global Brands, the new media manager at Tottenham Hotspur FC and the group director of digital marketing and communication at Dolce & Gabbana.

The DADI awards celebrate and reward the digital industries and are open to companies based throughout the UK.

The awards ceremony takes place on Friday, November 12, at the Royal Armouries in Leeds.
