Domus Healthcare Group acquires Clear Care Agency

An Escrick-based home care services business has made its second acquisition in three months.

The Domus Healthcare Group, which bought TLC Homecare Services (Yorkshire) Ltd, based in Huddersfield, in November has now acquired family-owned Clear Care Agency in Hebden Bridge for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition continues to expand the Domus Group’s coverage across Yorkshire and the North West, taking the team from 300 to 320 staff providing 6,150 hours of care each week for people in their homes.

The buy-out brings the Domus turnover up to £4.5 million.

The Domus team helps people manage their daily routine in the comfort of their own homes.
