AN ICE-CREAM manufacturer from York is one of several businesses that will represent Yorkshire at a leading speciality food and drink exhibition next week.

Yorvale will join other deliciouslyorkshire producers from Yorkshire’s Regional Food Group at the four-day 2010 Food and Drink Expo, a global food and drink event dedicated to innovation, and will use it to showcase new flavours and trade support that it has developed at its Acaster Malbis farm and factory to celebrate of its 21st birthday in May.

Lesley Buxton, founder of Yorvale, said: “We’re going to Food and Drink Expo to look for inspiration and new opportunities.”
