THE lease for part of the Odeon/Reel cinema building in Blossom Street, York, is on the rental market.

Agents Sanderson Weatherall are offering a 589 sq-ft street facing unit there for £12,000 per year exclusive of £4,219.50 business rates, service charge and VAT, with the length of the lease to be negotiated.
