ASHWORTH Law has specialised in sensitive areas of law to enable rapid growth in only two years.
The Harrogate firm, which was founded in March 2009 by Mathew Cobley and Adrian Holey, now employs 42 people after merging with another law firm and opening a second office in Manchester.
It has since recovered almost £25 million for clients who have been mis-sold financial policies and set up an independent schools division, providing a no-win, no-fee service to private schools to help recover unpaid school fees.
It also helps funeral directors recover unpaid funeral fees and local councils, water companies and telecoms businesses recover money from deceased estates.
The business has entered Small Business Of The Year at The Press Business Awards.
