I am shocked that the French Rugby Team was was fined £10,000 because they chose to walk in a V formation towards the New Zealand Team as they performed their war dance “The Haka”.

The New Zealand Team were unconcerned about the actions of the French and rightly so. If you make too much fuss people start to look at things more closely. I can't be the only one who is puzzled why they are the only team allowed to make threatening gestures towards the opposing team. After all it isn't really sport to perform a war dance, is it? Of course if it is just a harmless historical national dance then level the playing field and allow the other nations to join in properly and perform their national dances.

The French should be allowed to perform the “Can Can”, the Scots their “Highland Fling”, the Aussies the “Waltz” (waltzing Matilda) the English “Morris Dancing” (with real swords) and so on. What a pity the Germans aren't involved, imagine them all doing that leder-hosen slapping dance, excellent.
