Sticking it to the English, Again?

So now we see that after all this time Maggie Thatcher’s policy of sell, sell, sell is still the main plan of the Conservative Party. Maggie’s Government sold off many things but at least that was a UK wide sale for the benefit of the UK. The NHS changes appear to be different to me.
Only England’s NHS funds will be transferred to the control of the local GPs. Many are volunteering to take control of these funds to deliver a better service for their customers (sorry that should read patients), but aren’t GP Practices privately owned? They can be sold on to a new owner who could be another well meaning GP, a private UK health company, a foreign health company, or even a foreign private investor.
Please tell me I’m wrong, because I really so not want that to happen in England!
And while I’m at it why are we talking of selling off Forestry Commission land in England? Is this money to be used to prop up the finances of the United Kingdom? If it is then there should be a proportionate sell off of forests in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The Forestry Commission in England costs 10 million pounds a year, so cutback in the continuing overpayments to the other countries in the UK and leave us alone. I’m so sick of people taking the peaceful English for granted. Clearly government is not thinking about the fact that the English are totally fed up with propping up the political holiday camp at Westminster, for politicians representing countries that already have a government (whatever you call it) to represent their needs and desires. Come and talk to the people not the politicians. No matter what is done to our country, THIS IS ENGLAND and we are getting very tired of being ignored!
When are the English going to be given their freedom?

John was racing ahead of himself, moving without any notion of exactly where his feet would take him. The crack and whoosh of twigs broken and tossed by his feet. "No! Stop John!", I cried! It was too late, John had stepped onto land he didn't know anything about and paid the ultimate penalty - he was gone, such potential wasted. Yes, little John Bird had given up all his prospects of getting to know the rural landscape by rushing headlong into a field he did not know, never to be heard of again. To this day John Bird's name is synonymous with drivel and uninformed nonsense.
Some people swear to this day they see him around The Press' offices in York but that's unlikely, he's long gone by now.
