Conservatives want CHANGE but not to PR.
The only changes they want are those that go with the two horse political race stakes they have enjoyed with Labour for generations. Election - change seats at Westminster - power for opposition - bust for boom - plenty for drought - rich for broke - here we go again. There's money being made by those in the know every time we go into depression and scramble our way out of it.
If we could get a Single Transferable Voting system this could be the last of this downward spiral into bankruptcy.
