A SCIENCE and business “hub” could be created near a North Yorkshire town, according to consultants who are now seeking opinions over the potential scheme.

Lister Haigh has said the 270-acre site at Deighton Grange, in Wetherby, is “unrivalled” as a possible location for the development and could also include eco-friendly homes.
