THE National Trust is looking for volunteers to help at the historic home of Terry’s founder Noel Goddard Terry.
Clare Fletcher, visitor experience and volunteering manager at the house, said the Trust wants to build “a strong volunteer team that is rooted in the local community”.
She said: “Whether you’re a student looking for extra work experience, looking for an escape from the day job, or retired and want to keep busy, we’ve got lots of ways for you to get involved here at Goddards”.
Visitors to the property can explore selected rooms as well as four acres of gardens. There are a variety of roles on offer, including that of digital media volunteer and tea room host.
