FIREFIGHTERS are in attendance at a property in the Heslington Road area of York, following reports of a fire at the building.
At least three fire engines have been sent to the scene, after the alarm was raised at about 5.15pm.
Early reports indicated the fire was in the roof of a house, but North Yorkshire Fire Service later confirmed it was in the bedroom of the property.
Nobody was trapped in the incident.
