YORK city centre will be the setting of an exciting fruit hunt in anticipation of the a new production of Blue/Orange at the Grand Opera House.

Blue oranges will be placed at various green grocers and fruit stalls around York in the week leading up to the play’s opening night on Tuesday, October 9.

Those who find them will be able to claim a pair of tickets to see Blue/Orange from the Grand Opera House box office.

The play, presented by Theatre Royal Brighton Productions, has won many prestigious awards, including the Evening Standard award for Best Play.

The play runs from October 9 until Saturday, October 13. Tickets cost between £10 and £29.50.
