9:00am Wednesday 19th September 2012 in News
POLICE have appealed for witnesses after a two-car crash on a North Yorkshire road which left two drivers seriously injured.
The collision happened on Longwood Bank, in Catterick, at 6.50am on Monday and involved a silver Vauxhall Corsa and a blue Renault Clio.
A 29-year-old woman who was driving the Clio and a 27-year-old man driving the Corsa, both of whom are from the area, were taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. North Yorkshire Police are particularly keen to trace the drivers of a white van and a red Seat which were in the area at the time as they could be vital witnesses.
Anybody who can help should phone the force on 101, or email trevor.burton@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk
