Assault victim leaves hospital

A MAN who suffered serious head injuries and a fractured eye socket in a York attack has left hospital.
The 37-year-old was found near Lendal Bridge at about 12.45am last Friday by a police patrol.
The victim is believed to have walked along Museum Street and over the bridge before being assaulted. No arrests have yet been made.
