£1,000 surprise for Nancy Eagles

A York woman is the winner of £1,000 in the Age UK Enterprises free prize draw.
Mrs Nancy Eagles, 84, from York, was one of more than 65,000 who entered the draw, run as part of the campaign to promote products and services offered by Age UK Enterprises – the commercial services arm of national charity Age UK.
Mrs Eagles said: “What a surprise. It’s the first time I have ever won anything!”
Terry Cogan, trading manager from Age UK York said: “We’re delighted for Mrs Eagles and excited that someone from the area has won the £1,000.”
