Firefighters tackle flooding in North Yorkshire

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to help tackle flooding in villages near Boroughbridge and Ripon after heavy rain on Saturday evening.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said a property was flooded in Little Ouseburn and another in Kirkby Malzeard. The firefighters helped pump out and clean up both properties.
