Policeman charged with sexual assault

A SERVING police officer has been suspended and is due to appear in court to face sexual assault charges.
PC Dan Fisher, from Selby , was suspended earlier this year by North Yorkshire Police while an investigation took place.
The 36-year-old officer, was charged today with two counts of sexual assault, and one count of misconduct in a public office.
North Yorkshire Police have confirmed the officer is due to appear before Hull Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, August 1, to face the charges.
