Woman and child in car crash on A63

A WOMAN has been injured in a crash on the A63 close to Hemingbrough.
The incident occurred at about 2.50pm this afternoon on the Hull Road when the silver Vauxhall Astra being driven by the woman left the road and collided with a tree.
A child also travelling in the vehicle was unhurt in the crash, which has seen traffic build up while emergency services attend the scene.
