Police trying to trace missing woman

POLICE have put out an urgent appeal to find a missing woman who may be in North Yorkshire.
Kirsty Brook, 38, of Berry Brow, Huddersfield, was last seen at around 12.45pm on Thursday when a neighbour saw her leaving her home in her silver Skoda Octavia, registration number ND59 OLU.
Her car was later recorded on ANPR cameras at 3.42pm on Thursday, driving east along the A64 near Malton.
She is white, 5ft 8ins tall and of large build. She has blue eyes and fair shoulder length hair. At the time she was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black three-quarter length trousers and trainers.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “We are concerned for Kirsty’s welfare as she has not taken her phone or purse with her and is known to suffer from depression.”
Anyone who sees Kirsty, her car, or knows where she is should contact police on 101.
