YORK’s latest attraction is calling for the city’s best bakers to submit their favourite indulgent recipes.
Chocolate – York’s Sweet Story, which will open in King’s Square this spring, is on the hunt for the city’s favourite recipes to be included on the menu of its café. The project intends to use Yorkshire suppliers wherever possible and is looking for local people to produce cakes for the attraction once it is open.
Michael Constantine, general manager, said: “We would love to hear from anyone who has an inventive recipe they’d love to see in our new café. “Hopefully, York’s best cake makers will see this as a great opportunity to showcase their creativity.”
He said amateurs and professionals alike were welcome to send in their recipes.
