I CAN'T help thinking that these councillors are in it to reap all the benefits for themselves. First of all it was Ann Reid and her traffic lights, now this firework display.
All the complaints were pointed at the secrecy of the location and then having to endure a poor sighting of it, except for the remarks by various councillors saying that it was a very good show.
It wouldn't surprise me if nearly all the councillors and their families were out in force to watch it close at hand.
