The Hunters York Senior League Joe Lumb XI finished the season with a comprehensive 130-run win over the Aire/Wharfe League in the Jack Lee Trophy Final at Clifton Alliance CC.
York were restricted by tight bowling, but skipper Stephen Sacks held the innings together with a sound 69. Good contributions by Mark Cook (35) and Alex Renton (33) enabled York to post an all out 204 total.
Aire/Wharfe got off to a flier at 50-1 in the first 12 overs, but the introduction of spinners Andrew Bilton and Renton sent them tumbling to 74 all out. Renton finished with 2-9, Bilton named man of the match with 7-19 off 11 overs.
