FORMER York City duo Mark Sertori and Kevin Hulme have joined non-League Altrincham.
The pair have both signed one-year deals with the UniBond League premier division club.
Midfielder Hulme, 33, and central defender/striker Sertori, 33, both joined City from Halifax Town in 1999.
Sertori was released last March and figured briefly for Shrewsbury and Cheltenham Town.
Hulme suffered a bad injury in City's 2-0 defeat at Barnet in January and didn't play for the club again, being released in march.
City loan player Neil Tarrant is poised for a start in the new Scottish Premier season tomorrow.
Tarrant, who figured in seven games for the Minstermen on loan from Aston Villa last term, has linked up with Motherwell, who kick off their top-flight season at Dunfermline.
The Darlington-born front-man, who turned 22 last month, has agreed a three-month spell at Fir Park.
Tarrant had a month at Bootham Crescent starting last October when he scored on his debut against Leyton Orient. While that goal salvaged a point from a 1-1 draw it was his only strike for the Minstermen in his next five League games and solitary FA Cup outing before he returned to the Midlands.
