NO letter from Mike Usherwood for some time (March 2). I wondered if he had joined the board of Sustrans, the cycle-path promoters.
I doubt whether motorists in 1902 would have any problems with City of York Council; 50 years ago Parliament Street was filled with parked cars, and there was much through-traffic. Who does not prefer current traffic routing?
