ALL-CONQUERING Kirkdale United have completed a memorable treble by retaining the Scarborough and District FA Junior Cup after beating Aislaby United 4-3 in a thrilling final.

They were pushed all the way before adding the cup to the Beckett League championship and Gordon Harrison Memorial Trophy.

Kirkdale drew first blood with an Ashley Windress goal but United levelled through Terry Davison's diving header three minutes later.

Mark Langdale headed Kirkdale back in front just after an hour but battling Aislaby levelled with five minutes remaining when Ben Thompson's 20-yarder flew into the net.

Aislaby thought they had the cup in the bag when substitute Simon Cook put his team ahead for the first time with a minute left, but in the third minute of stoppage-time Ben Swalwell netted to force extra time.

The extra-time winner came from the penalty spot from Oliver Metcalfe after Uhi Ehima had been brought down.

Union Rovers won the Ryedale Hospital Cup by beating Kirkbymoorside 2-1.

First half goals by Paul Holder and Paul Downes put Union in charge and all the Moorsiders could show for their efforts was a last-minute Nicky Thurlow penalty.

Union were beaten 3-1 by Bridlington-based Globe FC in the East Riding CFA Country Qualifying Cup, Pete Tiffany netting for Union.
