Missing York man found after dramatic search

Emergency services scoured the streets and rivers of York after a local man was reported missing.

Stuart Nicholson, 28, of Skelton, has now been found safe and well, elsewhere in the UK.

Earlier today a police helicopter was circling the city and firefighters searched the River Ouse near Clifton.

The missing man had not been seen since 11pm yesterday.

Perhaps if they release his name, someone wo knows him may be able to shed light on his whereabouts. I DON'T know the circumstances, so I am assuming that there is more to this story than 1st appears.

Taste of yellow. I think they did name him if you go back and have a look.

York Fox. If you go back with Taste of yellow and have a look, I think you will see they have already found him. Or is it me that can't read.

The story is timed at 1:17pm and says he has been found. Am I missing something in posts after this saying they hope he will be found or is the YP working to a different clock?

The press has updated the story, as i saw the first version at about 2pm it didn't have a name for the person, they have edited it but not updated the timing.

The Press updated the story. Seems odd though - the update that he was found came in the early afternoon. He was last seen at 11pm last night, so that's barely 12 hours he'd been missing. I concur that there are other details we don't know.
