THE Poppleton Community Railway Nursery is hosting a heritage open day and sale on Saturday, September 8, from 10am-4pm.
As well as offering visitors the chance to explore the railway nursery and narrow gauge railway, the last of its kind in Britain, there will be a sale of perennials, herbs, alpines, shrubs and bedding plants.
