FORMER soap star Roxanne Pallett is among the contestants taking part in this year's Celebrity Big Brother.

The Minster FM breakfast show host, who formerly starred in Emmerdale, will join ex-Arsenal and Liverpool footballer Jermaine Pennant, Look Who's Talking and Cheers actress Kirstie Alley, and shamed banker Nick Leeson on the Channel 5 show this week.

The Sun also reports US adult performer Stormy Daniels - who claims to have slept with President Donald Trump - is also confirmed for the show, which starts on Thursday, as well as Love Island star Gabby Allen, TOWIE star Dan Osborne, 'Psychic Sally' Morgan, and Chloe Ayling, who was kidnapped and held captive for six days last year when she attended a fake photoshoot in Italy.

Former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas, plastic surgery enthusiast Rodrigo Alves - known as The Human Ken Doll after spending more than half a million pounds on about 160 procedures - and reality show contestants Natalie Nunn and Ben Jardine round out the opening line-up, with producers hinting at a mystery housemate to be revealed on launch night.
