THE Joseph Rowntree Theatre Company is to stage a three-night run of Kiss Me Kate from February 7 to 9 to raise money for building improvements at the Haxby Road theatre in York.
Auditions for principal and ensemble roles in Cole Porter’s musical will be held on Wednesday, August 15, and on August 22 and 23.
As well as the four main parts, director/producer Kayleigh Oliver is casting supporting, cameos, ensemble and one-line roles and seeking musicians, wardrobe assistants and DIY enthusiasts who can turn their hand to making and painting scenery.
