Vandals have caused 'extensive damage' to an airfield
VANDALS have caused "extensive damage" to an airfield.
Farm equipment and irrigation piping were vandalised at Burn Airfield near Selby last night, Saturday.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said a vehicle has been "driven at speed" in the area, causing damage.
Officers are asking for anyone with information to phone 101 quoting incident number 0166 of August 11.
