Fire crews rescue trapped woman
A WOMAN had to be rescued from a car following a two-vehicle crash.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue crews from Scarborough and Filey were called to a crash in Sea Cliffe Road, Scarborough, at about 1.40pm on Sunday.
A spokesman said crews released a woman who had been trapped in one of the vehicles using small tools, and she was taken to hospital for treatment, but the extent of her injuries was not known.
