A MAN who was "acting aggressively" with a plank of wood outside a York pub, has been cautioned by police.
North Yorkshire Police were called to a pub in Clifton Moor at about 2.25pm on Wednesday to reports from someone inside the pub.
A spokesman said: "He left the premises and was later stopped and arrested by police.
"He was taken into custody where he was issued with a caution for possessing an offensive weapon in public."
The spokesman said nobody was hurt in the incident.
