JEWELLERY was stolen in a burglary at a house in North Yorkshire which took place during broad daylight.
The burglary happened on Oakdale, in Harrogate, at around 1.30pm on Friday, North Yorkshire Police said.
The force added that a man wearing a blue shirt and cargo shorts was seen leaving the house.
It said the owner reported jewellery had been stolen.
The force is asking for the public’s help to establish the full circumstances surrounding the burglary.
In particular, it is appealing for information about the unknown man and possible sightings before or after the burglary.
