Two cars have crashed on a country road near York
TWO cars have crashed on a country road near York.
The accident happened this morning outside York Golf Club in Lords Moor Lane, near Flaxton Road, Strensall.
North Yorkshire Police said the force was called at about 10.40am and the road was partially blocked for a while.
A spokesman said the crash involved a Vauxhall Insignia and a Volvo V50, with one vehicle colliding with the side of another.
He said the occupants were shaken but uninjured, adding: "We are just awaiting vehicle recovery now.!
