ALASDAIR Jamieson conducts the York Symphony Orchestra musicians for the last time at Sunday's Summer Concert at the Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall, University of York, on Sunday night.
Jamieson marshals his forces for a 7.30pm programme of Herold's Overture to Zampa, Franck's Psyche Et Eros, Saint Saens's Piano Concerto No 2 in G minor and his Symphony No 3, Organ.
Paul Feehan will be the piano soloist; Keith Wright, the organ soloist.Tickets cost £15, concessions £13, children and students £5, on 01904 627900, in person from Visit York, Museum Street, or orchestra members or on the door.
Jamieson will be handing over the baton to Edward Venn from September.
