A MAN who was jailed for malicious wounding is wanted for recall to prison.
Dale James Brown, 32, was jailed at Maidstone Crown Court March 2017 and released in December on licence.
North Yorkshire Police said he has been recalled to prison by the probation service because he has "allegedly committed a further offence and displayed poor behaviour".
A spokesman said Brown has links to York, and North Yorkshire Police officers have carried out numerous checks in the city to locate, arrest and return him to prison.
Anyone who has seen Brown, or knows where he is, should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111, quoting reference 12180095880.
