YORK students who gather every Sunday evening as The St Lawrence Caelestis Consort at St Lawrence Church in Lawrence Street will mark the end of the academic year at 6pm tomorrow by singing Solemn Choral Evensong.
The Reverend Jane Nattrass said they will mark the Eve of the Feast of St John the Baptist with music including Hubert Parry's 'I Was Glad!' and Giles Swayne's Magnificat, adding:"It will be heavenly and we hope the church will be full."
