Reports of burglaries overnight in York
POLICE say there have been reports of a number of house burglaries around the Holgate and Boroughbridge Road area of York overnight on Saturday.
North Yorkshire Police's York South team is urging residents to check the security of their homes.
Anyone who sees anything suspicious is asked to contact the police.
