CHILDREN at a primary school near York have created and filmed their own news reports, which will be shown in a local cinema.
As part of a UK Parliament sponsored project called LitFilmFest, year 5 and 6 pupils at Robert Wilkinson Primary, in Strensall, have produced a series of videos looking at pets, car parking, and the condition of local public spaces. These will be shown at York’s City Screen cinema, on Coney Street, on June 15. Year 6 pupils will attend.
