RAY McVay presents the Glenn Miller Orchestra at York Barbican on Saturday afternoon.
The 3pm concert features the long-running big band, plus the harmonies of the Moonlight Serenaders, the Miller jazz sounds of the Uptown Hall Gang and special guest contributions from the Swing Time Jivers.
The set list takes in The Nearness Of You; St Louis Blues March; Don't Fence Me In; Don't Sit Under The Apple Tree; Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy; Air Mail Special; The Dam Busters March; Moonlight Serenade, Little Brown Jug; In The Mood, American Patrol; Pennsylvania 6-5000 and Tuxedo Junction.
