The East Coast Mainline
TRAINS on the East Coast Mainline through York are disrupted this evening after a person was hit by a train in the Doncaster area.
Trains may be delayed by up to 60 minutes, diverted or cancelled, says National Rail Inquiries.
Services affected include Virgin East Coast and Grand Central trains between York and London King's Cross.
Disruption is expected to continue until about 7.15pm.
