FRAUDSTERS are using texts and emails to target TSB customers, police have claimed.
North Yorkshire Police said a number of reports had been received of phishing texts and emails in recent days, which claim customers' accounts have been restricted and urge them to click a link to resolve the issue.
Residents should not click the link, and raise any concerns with the bank using the telephone number on statements.
