A KEEN photographer has collected his prize for winning The Press Camera Club’s monthly competition.
Ian Jacob, 50, of Selby, took a stunning photograph of pink tulips at Nostell Priory, which was chosen as overall winner of the April competition by Press photographer Frank Dwyer.
The theme for April was Spring.
Ian’s prize was a cheque for £50 and a canvas print of his winning photograph provided by Camera Club sponsors Jessops.
He said: “I wasn’t expecting to win at all. I was really surprised.”
The competition theme for May is ‘reflections’. Submissions must be posted in the Facebook group and marked with #reflections before May 31.
