Weeks after operatives first used black wheelie bins to remix all our sorted recycling in this area it’s still happening, despite the efforts of the York Central MP and Fishergate councillors.
The broken vehicle excuse is long past its sell-by date. Someone really needs to sort this ridiculous ongoing insult to council tax paying residents and our environment.
