A19 closed in both directions after crash
THREE people have been taken to hospital after a crash on the A19 at Crockey Hill this morning.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene at about 11.05am after an accident involving a Vauxhall Zafira, a Ford Fiesta and a Ford Ranger.
The crash took place between Howden Lane and Main Street.
Three people have been taken to York District Hospital but there is no information about the severity of their injuries.
The road was closed in both directions but reopened at about 12.40pm.
The road is now open and all vehicles involved have been recovered.
