Light reflecting off mirror blamed for causing bedroom fire
LIGHT reflecting off a mirror caused a fire in a bedroom at a property in North Yorkshire.
Fire crews were called to the incident in West Ayton near Scarborough at about 5.50pm yesterday (May 14).
The fire was out before they arrived.
Firefighters carried out an investigation and cleared smoke in the property using a positive pressure ventilation fan.
