WOULD you please thank everyone most sincerely who supported York Inset Scooter Club on our annual charity ride to Beadlam, in particular the 230 scooter and bike riders who attended.
We raised £1,100 for Prostate Cancer Research at the University of York and we were delighted that Professor Norman Maitland from the University and our honorary members, the York Normandy Veterans, started the run from the Eye of York.
York Inset Scooter Club look forward to next year’s event which will be its 13th year and we shall be supporting St Leonard’s Hospice at their Midnight Walk in June.
