A TREEHOUSE in York has been badly damaged by a fire.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said the treehouse in Fordlands Road, Fulford, was well alight when firefighters arrived and extinguished it on Saturday evening.
Elsewhere, crews used bolt croppers to remove a galvanised bracket from a young boys finger at Northallerton A & E, and rescued a lamb after it became trapped between a hedge and a fence in Studley Road, Ripon.
